Super comfy stay!
This place is just fab! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. My studio was spotless, with really comfy beds and nice little snacks. I also loved the Molton Brown toiletries. Only thing is, parking can be a bit tricky, but there's a public lot nearby that's not too bad. Totally recommend!

The stay was primarily for the purpose of exploring local attractions and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, especially the fresh milk in the fridge and a variety of hot drink options. The location was great, just a short walk away from plenty of cafes and shops, making it easy to grab a bite or relax in the parks nearby. there was quite a bit of noise from the adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with luggage and immediately addressing my needs. The shower temperature control was faulty, and there was noticeable noise from neighboring rooms.

The kitchenette offers a fridge stocked with a pint of milk, allowing for a quick cup of tea. The studio layout feels spacious enough for a solo traveler, providing a decent setting to unwind after a long day.
Check-in can be a hassle. the street access is buses only from 11am to 6pm, which caught me off guard since I had no cell service to read the email about it until I arrived. The room was hot upon arrival, necessitating an open window to cool down, only to be greeted by noise from the street—people talking and slamming doors at all hours. I found pizza boxes stuffed in the cupboard, and the shower's temperature control was nonexistent, making it either too hot or too cold to use comfortably.

the staff are super friendly n helpful, which made my stay really nice. met lots of them even tho there’s no regular reception. the room was really comfy and clean with awesome little touches like tea n biscuits. location is prime if ur in preston centre, just a short walk to the railway. overall, it’s a cool place to chill for a couple of days!
only thing to point out was a little wear n tear in the paintwork n the bathroom fan was kinda loud. also, parking is a bit of a walk away.

Super comfy vibes!
Had an awesome night! The room was BEAUTIFUL with two big beds and a cozy couch. Loved having a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, and the two baths were super nice! The welcome letter was helpful too. Just wish the noise from upstairs neighbors wasn't so loud, but all in all, I couldn’t ask for more.
